Erg Club is for anyone that wants to imrpove their engine, become more efficient on the ergs or simply just sweat and enjoy a good workout in a fun group class.

Fit Club
-Tuesdays 6am
-Wednesdays 6am
Our version of what a fitness class should be. GPP the unit way. We focus on developing strength and capacity in mixed modal settings whilst havng a little fun in the process. Helping to make you fit and healthy for life

An erg based session with some accessory and additional work thrown in. If you love Erg Club, you'll love Erg Club Xtra!

Barbell Club
-Mondays 7pm
Barbell Club is for anyone looking to get involved in weightlfiting and improve their technical ability in the lifts. Lifting in a group is always more fun!
UPC individualised weightlifting athletes will have their individualised session to complete in Barbell Club.

Having some basic experience with barbell movements is advised, please speak to a coach if you are unsure.
Spikeball Club
Saturday 9am
