AM Clubs

-Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur Fri 6am

Our AM classes are coached strength & conditioning sessions designed to get you stronger, fitter and moving well before the day gets away from you. Each session blends strength work, conditioning, and accessible skill-based training to create well-rounded training that’s challenging, effective and sustainable. Expect expert coaching, sensible progressions, and a supportive group environment where all experience levels are welcome.

Weightlifting Barbell Club
Monday 5pm, Monday 7pm + Wednesday 6pm

Get hands on coaching from our experienced Level 2 British Weightlifting qualified coaches. Whether you're a complete beginner or experienced lifter, we'll be able to help. We have the means to make sure you’re moving safely, learning new skills, getting stronger and having fun at the same time, or developng your lifts and total further.

Strength Club
Thursday 6pm

Focused on getting your strong , athletic, mobile and well-rounded in all areas of strength training.

Group Training
Saturday 10am

Our Saturday 10am session is an uncoached group training slot built for those who want to come in, load a barbell, and train heavy alongside good people. While there’s no formal coaching, one of our coaches will always be on hand (usually training as well) The focus naturally leans toward weightlifting and heavy barbell work, making it an ideal space for lifters. The atmosphere is relaxed, supportive, and community-driven, less class, more shared effort, with members pushing each other, sharing platforms, and starting the weekend the right way.

Ladies Strength Club

Sundays 10am

Every Sunday at 10am come join our friendly group and develop your strength levels in a variety of different movements. Get expert guidance from all our female and male coaches to make sure you’re moving safely and efficiently. All experience levels welcome!
