Erg Club

-Thursdays 6am

Erg Club is for anyone that wants to imrpove their engine, become more efficient on the ergs or simply just sweat and enjoy a good workout in a fun group class.

There is absolutely no experience or ability requirements, so come along for some fun on the ergs!

-Tuesdays 6am
-Wednesdays 6am

-Fridays 6am

Our version of what a fitness class should be. GPP the unit way. We focus on developing strength and capacity in mixed modal settings whilst havng a little fun in the process. Helping to make you fit and healthy for life

-Mondays 6am

An erg based session with some accessory and additional work thrown in. If you love Erg Club, you'll love Erg Club Xtra!

Spikeball Club

Saturday 9am

Best Club of the week. Love a bit of healthy competition and playing games against friends? Come join us for spikeball on Saturday mornings!

Weightlifting Barbell Club
Monday 7pm + Wednesday 6pm

Get hands on coaching from our experienced Level 2 British Weightlifting qualified coaches. Whether you're a complete beginner or experienced lifter, we'll be able to help. We have the means to make sure you’re moving safely, learning new skills, getting stronger and having fun at the same time, or developng your lifts and total further.

Powerlifting Barbell Club 
Thursday 6pm

Get expert coaching from our level 2 British Powerlifting qualified coaches. Whether you’re an experienced lifter, looking to improve your competition total, or a complete beginner wanting to try something new, we can help. The sessions will be built around improving your strength and technical ability in the back squat, bench press and deadlift. We’re looking forward to seeing you there!

Group Training
Saturday 10am

Come and join us on Saturdays for our group session. Enjoy training with friends in a supportive environment whilst we lift some weights!

Ladies Strength Club

Sundays 10am

Every Sunday at 10am come join our friendly group and develop your strength levels in a variety of different movements. Get expert guidance from all our female and male coaches to make sure you’re moving safely and efficiently. All experience levels welcome!
