Tom
Head Coach
Tom is the owner of Unit Fitness and Unit Programming Collective. He has a wealth of experience in coaching a variety of athletes of multiple skill levels and backgrounds. Having spent the last 7 years coaching and working with athletes, he has developed an extremely broad and in-depth knowledge across many components of the fitness industry. Tom is passionate about coaching and helping members improve their fitness and achieving their goals.

Dan
Coach
Dan joined the team in summer 2019. He graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science with Management and has been surrounded by high level sport and fitness his entire life. He has been coaching since 2019 and has already produced some great results with his athletes.

Brandon
Coach
Meet Brandon, one of Unit Fitness' newest coaches. With a huge smile and contagious energy, Brandon brings an upbeat, positive vibe to every session. He’s genuinely passionate about training and thrives on helping others crush their goals. Whether you’re new to the gym or a seasoned athlete, Brandon’s friendly and approachable nature makes everyone feel welcome and supported.

With a sharp eye for technique and an infectious enthusiasm, Jay brings a whole new level of energy to the platform. Powerlifting Coach
Meet Katie, our powerlifting coach at Unit Fitness. With a wealth of platform experience and a true love for the sport, Katie our powerlifting wizard who lives for the details and intricacies that take lifting to the next level. Her deep knowledge is matched by her warm, upbeat personality—she’s always laughing, sharing a smile, and building strong connections with our members. Whether you're dialing in technique or going for a new PB, Katie brings both expertise and good vibes to every session.

Jorjie
Sports Rehabilitation Specialist
Jorjie is our in house sports rehabilitation specialist. Alongside being the friendlest member of the team her knowledge on rehabiliation and injury prevention are second to none. Jorjie is an extremely valuable asset for us at Unit. Concerned about training around an injury or unsure on how to build yourself back to full health? We've got you covered.

Yoga Teacher
Katie joined the team at the start of 2023, providing yoga classes multiple times a week.

Katie is an extremely talented yoga teacher who caters for all abilities. As with all members of staff, she is always friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic about helping members.

Say hi to Andy, the legend behind the scenes at Unit Fitness. Whether he’s helping keep things running smoothly or stepping in to cover the gym on Fridays, Andy’s always there to lend a hand and make sure everything’s ticking along perfectly. Quietly reliable and super supportive, he plays a key role in keeping the good vibes going and the gym running like clockwork.

Kayla
Staff
Yet another friendly face, Kayla mainly helps out in the front of house and behind the scenes, however she will always be happy to lend a hand in the gym when needed.

The Boss/Gym Dog
Dave absolutely runs the show. He's the boss of the gym and lets everybody know it. He will definitely bark at you upon your arrival but will be your best friend if you have a treat. Our most valuable team member.
