



Junior Units (Ages 10–15)
Junior Units is our youth training programme at Unit Fitness, designed for young people aged 10–15 who want to move better, get stronger, and build confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
Each 45-minute session follows our structured Youth Strength & Conditioning framework that focuses on teaching correct technique, developing foundational strength, and building athletic skills that carry over into sport and everyday life.

Our sessions are built around key movement skills such as mobility, jumping, throwing, sprinting and crawling, alongside age-appropriate upper body, lower body and trunk strength work. Conditioning is introduced gradually and sensibly, with enjoyment always at the centre of what we do, because if young athletes enjoy training, they’re far more likely to stick with it long term.
Our aim isn’t just short-term fitness or performance. By learning how to train properly at a young age, our members develop confidence in their bodies, move more safely, and build habits that support lifelong physical activity.
